Things about me
Trying to curb my shopaholic ways. So hard, but doable.
Love sweets but curbing that or finding healthier options
Rereading old favorites weekly.
Enjoying my daily walks. So good for my health in every way.
Always looking for new blogs. Miss the old days of blogging.
Walks are so good for you. I don't have a sweet tooth. I much prefer savoury!
ReplyDeleteBom dia, Regine
ReplyDeleteAs comidas saudáveis trazem inúmeros benefícios. Caminhar faz bem. Também gosto de visitar blogs novos. Um forte abraço.

ReplyDeleteYes, it was cool and rainy but I enjoyed my walk this morning too!! All good things.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all I want to to apologize for warning about not going to that blog without explaining why. Its an adult site and there is a warning from Google beforehand but I thought Blogger was overly critical. Anyway, I loved reading your fun facts. Most of the ladies here have blogs you might check out and I'm sure they are safe. I blog and I'm challenging myself to blog everyday in April. I think you would enjoy Gina Martin's blog at homejoys.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteLike my blog her comments are moderated so comments don't appear until she approves them.
I miss the old days of blogging, too! I love birding. And chocolate truffles. I'm trying to cut back on eating so many roasted peanuts...they're my downfall. And I went for a long walk this morning, too. Wishing you a wonderful weekend. :D
ReplyDeleteNow that the weather is somewhat more consistent, we try to get out and walk every morning. If we can't walk outside we go walk in a store like Walmart or someplace where we have to walk a lot to get through the store and back to the car/parking lot. We spend way too much time in our chairs these days and that's not healthy. I try not to spend too much online, only as really needed. Our budget only allows for so much for things beyond the necessities, and we try to be very careful. Retirement on a very fixed income can be quite confining, so we try to keep from too many things that we don't really need so we can save something toward a little trip once a year with our kids. It gives us something to look forward to. Although we haven't made any plans just yet for this year...a lot depends on their work schedules, etc. I enjoy blogging and talking with special friends like you. Blogging has opened a whole new world for me, and I am very thankful for it and all of you dear friends. Have a blessed weekend!
ReplyDeleteCheers to daily walks! I feel like they are so powerful for mental health - they bring so much clarity. (:
