Yup. Months ago. It's way too daunting for me to do it all close to the time -- and lots less expensive, too, to spread it out. I support a lot of local/regional artists and often pick up things at art fairs or when I travel.

No, but mine will be little monetary gifts this year except for a few cut things for my two daughters living at home and my mother of course. I will give my neighbor something too, but a little something. : )
