Sittin

I used to hate
And sit with
My thoughts
I'm tortured
Wanting
To make
The world
A utopia
Because
What I want
Is something
Humans
Have yet to
Master
Lord
Take me
To a place
Where I can breathe
And not wonder
Who gets justice
Versus the cracks

  2. Dearest Regine,
If each of us does his/her share, the world will be better and we should not shut up because the media dictates us to...

  7. God wants us to live an abundant life minus all the hate and wanting to take revenge. Surround our hate and angry to God and he will heal us and set us free from the torment.

  11. Utopia.... It certainly means different things to different people. For me, it means a society that willingly bends to God's will and His way. I'm aware though that my interpretation of what such a life looks like varies from person to person. Have a wonderful Independence Day. I hope that it finds you healthy and happy.

  16. There are always news of the incidents caused by human follies that make us feel so sad. I’d like to believe that each and every one’s small kindnes, love, and courageous act will make the world better place.

  17. The only true peace is in His presence - we live in a fallen world and it is hard at times.

  18. Yes, so very sad that our beautiful world has become so blighted by man's greed and intolerance.😢
Sadly, those small gestures of kindness are something of a rarity nowadays...
I love "Take me to a place where I can breathe"...it truly sums up how things have become, doesn't it...?
