I saw this quote this morning and it spoke to me. I thought I would share it with you as well.

If I followed this one piece of advice on a regular basis, I would probably be less anxious and fearful. If I am at ease in my own shell, I do not worry about what the world may think of me. Slow and steady. Peaceful and serene.
My hope is to be like the turtle today.
