Notoriety and talent are two separate things but yes society (social media) care not about talent. I blame the Kardashians for that.. it was a movement they started.
I agree with Hena. Notoriety is often not a good thing. But you have the talent!
God has given you many good gifts, that is what we all need to concentrate on, and not compare with anyone else
