Yesterday and today I was finally able to get out of leggings. Soooooooo happy about that. Wore a skirt yesterday, as it warmed up enough. And today while walking and working in the yard a skort. Oh the winter white legs that have been leggings could blind you, lol. Need some sun on them for sure. <a href="https://4ccccs.blogspot.com/2020/05/happy-mothers-day-to-me-espresso-anyone.html>Sandy's Space</a>
Dearest Regine, That's decades ago for us for having had clothes on a line. First thought is about my Mom, she always had them on a line. If not possible outside, she hung them on a special part of the attic. For about a decade I have had clothes on a line myself, and I happened to have such a rotary dryer. You can see one on my Pinterest board for ECO FRIENDLY WHITE LINENS: https://www.pinterest.com/mariettesbackto/eco-friendly-white-linens/ Oh, nothing feels and smells better than air-dried bed linens... Hugs, Mariette
Regine, you took me back to my childhood! I remember helping my mama hang laundry on the clothesline. Back then she had a wringer washer which I wasn't allowed to touch lest I get my fingers caught in the wringer part.
So lovely ... I still enjoy that simple pleasure of hanging clothes on the line. Gazing around at the birds and plants, so happy and grateful. All the very best, warm good wishes to you xx
It's wonderful that such simple things can still make us feel so happy. It's been a while since I've seen clothes on a line. It reminds me of my grandmother's house <3
