What are you making for Christmas dinner? Chicken Piccata, mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Are you traveling? No.
What are you watching? The 100 on Netflix.
The 100 (pronounced The Hundred ) is an American post-apocalyptic science fiction drama television series that premiered on March 19, 2014, on The CW and ended on September 30, 2020. The series, developed by Jason Rothenberg, is loosely based on the young adult novel series of the same name by Kass Morgan.
The series follows a group of post-apocalyptic survivors, chiefly a group of criminal adolescents. They are among the first people from a space habitat, the Ark, to return to Earth after a devastating nuclear apocalypse.
I am making a chicken verde casserole. An easy way of making enchiladas with a green sauce. We had our Christmas dinners last weekend, so having a low key dinner for Christmas. Janice
My DIL is making a "hamloaf" for Christmas dinner. It is a family tradition from my paternal grandmother, although my DIL has altered it by adding sausage and that makes it even better. I will be making scalloped potatoes and we will have pies and cookies for dessert. Our kids are coming here for dinner on Saturday, and my sister and her family are coming up on Sunday afternoon and we are going out to eat BBQ and coming back here for gifts and dessert. It will be busy but fun. My hubby is watching football. I am reading blogs! Merry Christmas and may God bless you always.
Here in the mountains we are going to have seven days straight of snow starting on Christmas day. Before that we will have constant rain, like all day today we did and all day tomorrow. Mountain roads are horrible to travel on - there are always rock slides and boulders rolling down to the road. We are staying home, staying warm (since family all live in different states) and probably not having anything exciting to eat and then a few games of rummicube in the evening. I'm okay with this. I don't want to be out on the roads. We are in areas of resort towns so traffic is going to be unbelievable coming up. anyway - ...hope you have a wonderful Christmas.
On Sunday we're going to have ham, mashed and sweet potatoes, corn and rolls. Only our daughter, granddaughter and my MIL will be here. Son in law has to leave early Sunday for work. Christmas day itself we were going to hang out here at home but our nephew and his wife invited us for dinner. We'll be home most of the day. I've been watching a lot of vlogmas on Youtube. Blessings, Betsy
Christmas Day will be hot here. We are having salads. I have baked the turkey breast for himself and will make a green salad (for us both) tomorrow. I have made a huge fruit salad for myself. We will be watching The Repair Shop, a program which frequently moves to me tears as I admire the skill and dedication of a range of craftspeople.
What are you making for Christmas dinner? Julia Child's Beef Bourgounone (and I killed that spelling!) Are you traveling? Just down the block! What are you watching? Hopefully "Love Actually," "White Christmas," and "A Christmas Story!"
What are you making for Christmas dinner? It's a bit up in the air. Lots of little changes as of late..but probably ham. I hope I can make my cranberry apple pie!
Are you traveling? No, but we will meet up at friend's later.
What are you watching? I started the K-drama MOONSHINE and it's a period piece. I'm also watching the J-Drama My Love-Mix Up which is really cute.
We do brunch rather than dinner. I know a breakfast casserole will be served and I have a lot of food available to choose form but have no idea what else I will serve. It is not Christmas morning yet so I don't know what I will be in the mood for yet!
I traveled to my daughter's. We are not making dinner. I'm watching Long Way Up with Ewan McGregor on another motorbike adventure. Hope you have a lovely holiday, Regine! :)
