Question

I know experience is the greatest teacher, but is there anything you wish you didn't have to learn from experience.  I know it's a simple question with a loaded answer.  Thinking on this cloudy day.  Your comments lift my spirit more than I can express!  God Bless!

  3. I wish I had learned to make decisions for myself, and not to please others, without having to experience the negative consequences of it... I pursued my education and career based on my parents' suggestions rather than what I wanted and now, in my late twenties, am trying to start all over again!

  4. I sometimes wish i could go back in time, knowing what i know now, but i suppose everything that has happened to me in life has made me who i am today. Every bad experience made me appreciate the good, every good experience helped me get through the bad, and every person that has made an appearance in my life has made my life what it is.

As Nicholas Sparks has said ' Without Sorrow, there would be no compassion'

  5. Oh wow, that's a tough one for me. Hmm...probably dealing with grief. I didn't allow myself to grieve properly after the loss of my parents many years ago.
