Some things I've learned.
I put myself out there, and so comments can hurt and sting, but your comments say more about the commenter than me.
I can't take slights too personally.
I don't care if we don't agree, but can we agree to be kind.

Agreed! No one feels better reading negative comments and I can't believe anyone would feel better writing those negative comments. I think those people should rethink why they do it and maybe find something else they can put their frustration in.
People can choose to be negative but there is never a need to get nasty especially when we disagree with someone. I agree that kindness should always be at the forefront.
You are so very right, Regine. One reason I love your blog is that it is so open and out there. I admire that so much. I find it hard to believe someone would write a negative comment to you. Good grief, if they don't like it, don't comment at all.
Love is patient and love is *kind*. Sometimes I often wonder where is kindness in people? Even if someone disagrees, they can disagree kindly and from a loving heart. I'm a very honest person and I hope even when I disagree it's from a loving and kind heart. I am though going to refrain from disagreeing on blogs because it seems to only cause harm. It may be best to be quiet on things and pray.
