My prayer is for all those people who feel the need to destroy the beauty of nature by painting graffiti on rocks and natural materials. I pray they realize that Nature is beautiful and natural and doesn't need their gang words or a couples' names with a heart on every darn thing they see while outside. More and more national parks and other areas are being vandalized and soon - I fear the government will close these parks to keep people out. I pray that some day I can walk the lakes up here in the mountains without seeing everything that is beautiful sprayed with paint. Poor trees always being carved with initial in them by human hands and knives. That's my prayer today - please ...let them contemplate their actions and stop what they are doing.
