I understand what you mean. I do PT 2 times a week, and sometimes feel like a human pretzel too. Hopefully all the stretching and movement is helping you to feel better and get stronger. (but I know it hurts in the process). Hang in there. It will be a blessing in the long run.
I remember feeling like a human pretzel too during PT. My PT would do heat therapy and massage afterwards. It was such a blessing to have that extra care. It was even more of a blessing that my health insurance paid for it!
