PT

 PT

Some days I feel like a human pretzel. How many ways can a body contort. How many ways can you stretch and strengthen. Discipline is still my biggest challenge. I have therabands, kinesiology tape and ankle sleeves. My body never knew hard work like this. The challenge to the body has awakened what the mind can do. It’s amazing. My body looks good, but the mind is shedding the shades.

  9. You are an inspiration to me. I am also doing PT, for a torn bicep muscle in my left arm and also in the shoulder. It is very hard work and I know I have to keep at it if I want to see results. But yes, it can be very hard. Praying for you as you continue to persevere!

  11. Our minds are difficult to train to Do what are other than what we are used to doing. All of the things that others do in the springtime are a chore for me. House repair, garden work and a ton of lifting. I have to make up my mind that the pain I feel the next day is worth it. It is worth it. Hang in there. You are a special person. Have a good Easter.

  12. It's not called the "battleground of the mind" for no reason, Regine. Press on, and you will conquer - we are all cheering/praying for you

  14. PT is so important! Glad you're stretching your body and mind. The physical helps clear the mental in my experience. :)

  15. What a beautifully written description of PT -- and, of course, your journey with it. You always sound so strong to me, I feel like you can handle anything. πŸ˜€πŸ₯¨
