What do you show the world?
I stopped posting about my pain. I thought I'd give it a rest. I thought I had what I wanted. I was happy. God again said not so much. At the end of the day, if I need to post the pain, I have to be brave and share. Not so easy. Necessary

  1. That's a wonderful question. For me, it all depends on which day you ask. I don't share pain much but I also don't avoid the bad if I need to just let it go. The support in our community has lifted me up more than once when things have been dark. And for me, that's a very big part of blogging. Between the pretty birds, art projects, baby grand photos, wine tasting and sunsets there is a person who has down days and up days. And sometimes you have to just say it. Whatever you do, we'll be here. I will.

  2. Thank you for asking Regine! I hope that when people see me, they see Jesus.
I try not to dress like the world, but at the same time, I don't want to come across as proud or holier than thou. Does that make since? I hope so.
    Have a great coming week.

    1. Regine, I need to explain what I mean by not dressing like the world. I don't wear tight fitting, low cut immodest clothing. My dresses are long but they are not form fitting. If people ask I explain my Biblical convictions.

  4. For me, writing has to come from my heart. There are days it is "prettier" than others. I like to post about crafts and gardening, but sometimes, I need to talk about pain, healing and recovery. Not that you asked for my advice ;-) but here it is. 'Hope that's OK. Speak from your heart, my friend. You have a wise spirit and kind heart. Those are lovely tools for teaching others. -Marci @ Stone Cottage Adventures

  5. Only hold back if you want to.
    When we blog...we share.
Those who want to respond will.
    Just be yourself.
Not everyday brings sunshine and happiness.
We live in a world of reality and some days physical and mental pain disrupt our dreams of well being~

    Hugs and Blessings Regine~

I think telling people about your pain tells them they are not alone.
We are here to love each other.
