  3. I will include the link to this post with one of my post that I'm going to tell the story of my saying no! I said the no! Yesterday something that I had been doing for a year-and-a-half that I didn't want to do from the very beginning and I'd let people just push me into staying and staying and staying. Truer words were never said than this

    I once practiced saying no with a friend: nope, no way, let me think about it, let me get back to you, in your dreams, yay right, no freakin' way, and so on. Let me get back to you is a powerful one, it gives us time to consider our truth. Also it seems, no one cares when we say no, that was a super surprise!
