Reflections.
I don’t multitask well at all. I’ve tried. I’ve had to write lists to remind myself to brush my teeth. I’m moving slower these days to lessen the anxiety. I’ve spending more time in nature, exercising and reading. Mental health equals physical wealth. Be happy my friends.
Very good advice, I accomplish more when I make lists.
ReplyDeleteMental health does equal physical wealth! Take care of yourself. :)
ReplyDeleteI struggle with multi-tasking too. IF jobs get done, they don't get done well. So I tackle one thing at a time. You are so very right about the value of mental health.
ReplyDeleteSounds good.
ReplyDeleteI'd be lost without my lists!
ReplyDeleteI'm a list maker too. I do have to multi task a lot at work, but I don't do it often at home.
ReplyDeleteI'm also a list maker. Anxiety is hard (something I am currently researching). Mental health is so important and it's good that spending time in nature helps you.
ReplyDeleteMove slowly and deliberately, and stay healthy, body, soul and spirit my friend

Thank you for a good advice. I'm often lost.
ReplyDeleteWe do whatever it takes to find that balance. The first hurdle is recognizing it -- and you do.
ReplyDeleteNature, exercising and reading are all good for mental health -take care

I understand that, I have lists going at all times :) So great to have spring here when we can get out more often
ReplyDeleteFor sure it does!
ReplyDeleteOur bodies are usually pretty good at telling us what we need and making mental health a priority is so important. I'm not much for multi-tasking either.
ReplyDeleteI think it's hard for everyone to multitask. But listen to your body is telling you. It knows. hugs-Erika
