Dearest Regine, Yes—water is the very essence for LIFE! We are all so privileged for living in a country with abundant water—even to shower in... Hugs, Mariette
Oh, I do often thank God for our hot water. I know what it feels like to go without it, and I really appreciate having it. Yes, it may seem like a little thing until we have to do without it for a while, and then we realize what a big thing it really is. I take nothing for granted and give thanks to God for all these blessings.
That's so true. There is so much influence from outside of ourselves that makes us think we need, need, need. I hope you found many other little blessings during your day. hugs-Erika

ReplyDeleteThe practice of gratitude is so simple and powerful. Have a marvelous week!
ReplyDeleteI spent over an hour in the bath today, trying to deal with my being under the weather. Water helps.
ReplyDeleteI'm always grateful for running water. Used to backpack and it was such a task just to acquire water for cooking, drinking or bathing.
ReplyDeleteI am thankful for warm water too!
ReplyDeleteSo good to ask him what to focus on. And yes the little things like water are enough! :)

You are so right. I think of spots that don't have it... and how very fortunate we are.

ReplyDeleteHappy Tuesday, R!
Yes, I often ponder about that too. Water to drink, bathe in, to cook. It is such a blessing, indeed.
