cinq

It is on treatment day, that I get a dose of reality. And each time I just have to thank God. I will never be normal. I will probably need some sort of treatment for the rest of my life, but with each step I take, I understand the privilege it is to be me. I will need to rest. Get more sleep than I’d like, but the choices I make with diet and exercise are help prolong the treatment’s longevity and elasticity.

I’m grateful for a pain free sleep

Loosening muscles

All of you

  2. It is always nice to have you visit. As I age, I appreciate the finer moments in life. Amidst the aches and pains, moments of foggy memory and forgetfulness are moments of joy that would be missed if all I did was feel sorry for myself. It is good to see you are handling everything. If the craziness in my life settles down a bit more I will be a more regular visitor.

    Hugs and Blessings

  10. Through your difficulties, you have learned so much, and have been shaped into a person of wisdom. Living is a privilege. Some of us never learn that. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

  11. What a beautiful post. I can see how God is working in you and through you, as you grow in His grace, you are sharing that with us so that we also will learn to grow in His grace. And also it is good to look for the new mercies and gifts that each new day brings. Sometimes we are surprised by what God has given us to enjoy for each day. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. You are a blessing to us.

  14. always be yourself, everyone else is taken. i did not love my treatment days, some people speak "off topic" and that is lovely. but too many people dwell on why they are there, why they are broken. you can't convince them they are not!!
