I’ve started physical therapy again. As I was told it’s been two years. The streak ended. My body is in sore need of a tune up. It feels almost like failure. I couldn’t keep my body from breaking down. It did break, and now the building starts again. I’m thankful that I have the chance to start again. I don’t know, but maybe repairing my broken body will heal my bruised spirit. So if this begins the PT chronicles, so it will be. The journey continues.
Take care. Hope it helps.
ReplyDeleteDon't give up even, and especially, when it hurts, my friend.
ReplyDeleteHello. Thinking of you and praying this helps you, body, mind, and soul, my friend!
ReplyDeleteBodies breaking down is part of aging I'm sorry to say. It happens to all of us. I hope the PT helps you feel better in the long run. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteVery good
ReplyDeleteGood luck in therapy. It can do wonders in the right circumstances.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes always!
ReplyDeleteWith a good therapist you will begin feeling better soon. Ask me how I know! :-)
ReplyDeleteBlessings,

Ah, hard work ahead but it will pay off. Gene goes 3 days a week. Keeps him going! Prayers for you.
ReplyDeleteAs someone who has been in physical therapy more times than I can count, I can attest that it is a fantastic way to build yourself back up so this is a great opportunity for you to come back even stronger. And you will. It will be challenging at times but the work you put in is worth it to lessen the pain. Best of luck on your journey! You've got this Regine! I'm almost done with PT for my ankle and back to being able to run and jump again.
ReplyDeleteI hope your physical therapy brings you good results for your body and mind. Hang in there, dear friend.
