Oh, that prayer about "guarding my lips"! I have to recite that often these days it seems. So many things out there that I want to express my opinion upon, but it often just leads to further issues and loss of friendships, so I pick and choose my battles...hopefully wisely. Sometimes I speak before I think it through, and then I get myself in a mess that is hard to get out of. So this is such a good prayer to remember. thank you.
