Thought

I went to church today, and I heard a sermon I needed to hear.  It was about LOVE.  The pastor talked about how the death and resurrection of Jesus provided us with the ability to love God, ourselves and others.  The Holy Spirit "poured" down on us through the death and resurrection of Jesus.  I always knew how much He loved me; but I didn't get that through His love for me, I could love others.  It is painful to love others who aren't nice. It isn't fair.  I struggle with loving not so nice people.  I was once told I have a good heart, and it's true. The expectation of people is daunting.  I can't expect people to have a good heart.  I can't expect anything.
As long as I believe in Jesus, I will continue to have a good heart.  A good heart doesn't have to be a bad thing.

A New Year, a new blog

Don't fret.  R's rue is going nowhere. I still have much to share with y'all. I have just realized that my role as a handicapped individual gives me a special insight into many different worlds, worlds I'd like to explore.  Am I scared?  Just nervously excited.
