Perceptions

 I don’t understand

Yet I must accept

That hardship happens

Pain is inevitable

And that

I am to be

The picture

Of empathy

Because

In Baptism

I gave allegiance

To You

And not

To past

Perceptions

  7. Dearest Regine,
The pain we have to bear is often not easy but when we focus on our life after death we can muster the strength.

Há sempre tanta gente em piores circunstâncias do que nós... e ainda assim, enfrentam as dificuldades com um sorriso...
