We also have a friend who is fighting cancer, so prayers requested for Craig. It's the saddest thing when children are hurting, so know this little one has my prayers, too. Blessings!
I appreciate your comments to my post about how I became an atheist--to which I responded to this morning. I have no idea whether to take it as an invitation to dialogue, but I thought it only right that I repay your visit, so here I am. Right away, I found that I have questions. When you pray for someone with cancer, you surely imply that you believe God is more likely to heal one person's cancer if another person is praying for her or him. So, then, does the likelihood of healing increase with the number of people who are praying, how devout they are, and how often they pray? Also, how do you reconcile your belief that God will heal someone if you pray for him or her with your (assumed) belief that God is no respecter of persons and loves all his/her children equally?
Praying for all. Asking for prayers for a person I know that has cancer as well.
