In my cart

So I’ve never found myself very interesting. I’m just a human being in need of Grace, but I was asked to share what was in my cart.

So here is what’s in my cart.

Head x Veronica Beard tennis skort

Ascent chocolate protein powder

Colace stool softener

These are not glamorous purchases

Would I rather buy pretty pens, stationery and dresses yes. My wishlist is definitely more fun. You didn’t ask for that though. So we’re sticking to the boring essentials.

What’s in your cart or on your wishlist?

  1. Right now there's nothing in my cart. Don't know what that says about me. ;D

  2. This is fun. The only thing in my cart is a dishes set, but I probably won't get it. Just put it there to check out later. :)

  5. Those essentials are sometimes much needed. On my wish list is a new blouse and earrings for the fundraiser dinner coming up. And maybe some Easter goodies. Those are always fun for me. ; )

  6. I play that game at the grocery store. I am always the one with boring groceries while the people in front of me are always buying party food! LOL

    1. I am putting together a "to-go" bag since when I took my unexpected ambulance ride my husband brought nothing with him to the hospital. I just clicked my cart of cute pjs, a new robe, hairbrush, phone charger and "rinse free bathing wipes" that a friend recommended. Hopefully now that I am prepared I won't need to use the bag.

  7. Now this is a good question as this is the first day since getting rid of this stinking cold that I felt like buying something other than cough mixture etc. so today we went to the shopping mall and I bought a large block of chocolate with my birthday voucher from Hotel Chocolat. I have not however started on it yet!

  8. Oooh, I have something in my cart! I usually buy the same day but I've been working on a tee shirt for our family reunion the end of June. I've created one, but now need to run it by the rest of the family before I buy. :) Oh, I ordered some clothes for Beth back in November and we're still waiting on a few items. Does that count?
(I did get your card. Thank you! I'll write soon.)

  9. We are all imperfect human beings in need of grace, Regine. The older I get, I'd rather have the practical than the frivolous. I want to be an example to others of how to live with simplicity and with a loving, generous heart toward others. Blessings!

  11. In my cart is RV wash/wax solution. So I'm pretty practical too. I really don't have a wishlist. The older I get, the less I want/need.
    Blessings and hugs,
    Betsy

  13. I rarely have anything in my cart unless I'm hitting that purchase button... that said we really need some serving spoons. I don't know where our disappear to but we don't seem to have any anymore.

  14. My last purchase was a new filter for my air purifier ( and boy it was awful-I should have bought the filter a long time ago) and some syringes to give one of the dogs her insulin shots. Not exciting at all. I would have preferred some art supplies or some garden seeds even though it is kind of early for seeds.

  15. I´m not trying to toot my own horn but after listening to a podcast about a family who chose life when their (first) doctor suggested aborting their baby with abnormalities, I felt moved to make some purchases on the family´s Amazon wish list that was linked in the podcast´s transcript. The family´s little girl (now six years old) needs a lot of healthcare related items and the family mentioned how all of those expenses added up. Picking out several things to have sent to the family was a blessing to ME. I feel certain it was a blessing to the family as well.
