Pray
That I have
Compassion
Decency
Each day
When
A commenter
Says
Speaking up
Matters
Even if
It does nothing
Lord
Thank you
For that sermon
America
We need
A return
To simple
Principles
If we did
Maybe
We find Jesus
When words
Are followed
By actions
Lord
I worship you
Amen, wise words and post. Speaking up does matter!

Compassion and Decency seem so hard to find. But we all have it to call up.
ReplyDeleteLove your thought!
ReplyDeleteWhen we let God love us, and through us, then the world will see Him and worship too.

Yes, we are in a situation in life these days where we find we may need to speak up more clearly and stand strongly on what we believe. It isn't always easy to do, especially when those we may need to speak to are "family". May the Lord give us wisdom and compassion with strength.
ReplyDeleteYes, we definitely need to turn to Jesus and stand up for what we believe.
