Tired but can’t sleep

Don’t know 

What I want 

Or need

Feel the need

To explain

  27. I had one night like that this week, which is better than it used to be. Wearing amber lens glasses at night from Amazon has helped, as has not being online after 8. But there are times my mind just won't stop circling after a bathroom visit. It's hard the next day.

    Sometimes trying to explain is not helpful.

  28. That is a miserable feeling I know, so many things going on. I've found to get off the pc a little earlier, and not get into any controversial commenting too close to bedtime helps me. We've stopped watching the news as well, it's one lie after another that does no good. Praying for you. <3
