Ump
Calls balls
And strikes
foul balls
and out calls
Batter up
hit it out
While i enjoy
a frankfurter
From Ball Park
I want
the works
Nachos and
a pretzel
while
we're
at it
an evening
with chewing gum
spit out
by my
favorite player
have a good day dear!!
Not quite the same this year ~ Wait till next year ~ fun poetry about the All American sport ~ Live each moment with love,A ShutterBug Explores, aka (A Creative Harbor)
what fun that would be ....again..
So fun!
Love your writing! Was a baseball fan for years in my long ago youth and have enjoyed watching this week.
Not seen a Baseball game in ages. They always showed them live on a Sunday in Scotland in the late 90s early 00s, so was very late at night.
This is a fun tribute to baseball. It's a great summer game, which is good to think bout again.
How disappointed we were that our beloved Braves didn't make it to the World Series. May the best team win!
I'm looking forward to in-person games again.
Sounds like fun. My grandmother used to take me out to the game when I was small.
Oh, it reminds me of my old ball park days -- they seem like forever ago.
