Dreaming of
A white
Silky snow
The cold
Brushing
The cheekbones
A natural rouge
Grace my body
With strength
My mind
Peace
Heart
With unrelenting hope
And my being
With infinite mercy
And possibilities
Draped in linen
And cashmere
Wrapped in coziness
And contented glee
Knowing
The desires
I seek
Are within grasp
When aligned
With the Father’s will
I love all cozy imagery in these words. Yes to the Father's will.
ReplyDeleteOooh - this makes me feel warm, cozy and luxurious!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful description of winter and the feelings that often accompany it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Regine, beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed day and week. ♥
Beautiful words.
ReplyDeleteI can't say that I am excited about snow coming but it does give the world a pretty fresh feel when it is all white and clean :) May our focus always be on the Father's will!
ReplyDeleteDearest Regine,
ReplyDeleteThat is lovely for being embraced in warm and lightweight cashmere!
When I'm not going anywhere, I don't usually get dressed. Wearing a bra makes my skin itch and it is difficult.
BUT since October 10 when my weight was only 88 pounds and feeling so nauseous and having to vomit, I've gained weight and post antibiotics and other meds, no more vomiting.
May God sustain me and bring me back to feeling better without any pain in the stent–graft area in back...
Hugs and wishing you likewise all the best possible!!!
Mariette

ReplyDeleteI would say "me too" but clodhoppers and heavy cardigan coat and pants are winter dress wear for me. Sounds dreamy for you. To that "AMEN".
ReplyDeleteLovely as always:)

ReplyDeleteXOOX

Love this and by coincidence I was looking at some lovely cashmere shawls in beautiful colors advertised as something to wear to a restaurant. Your written words topped off the day. Lovely, now I need to order a shawl even though my garb is sweatshirts and jeans.
ReplyDeleteThe silky touch of cashmere does you good. It warms up your body, stirs your imagination, awakens your hope, beautifies your writing.
ReplyDeleteSounds so cozy! Beautiful words!
