Walking is such a great time to think to meditate as well as getting good exercise. Just back from a 4 mile walk; though I typically walk alone, today I walked with a friend I've not seen in a good long while, so it was nice to catch up. Sandy's Space

Taking a walk with your dog sounds nice. It's been so cold here that I haven't been able to get out in nature, but I hope to soon when the sun comes out and is a bit warmer.
