Fear

 I’m finally

Confronting

What I’ve put off

For decades

To know

Normal

Is not your destiny

But extraordinary

Is available

When you simply

Face fears

That haunt

Your dreams

In some way

Every night

  3. Make your own normal. I know I will never be normal by the world's standards. But I know MY normal, for what it is worth. And that I can work with. You are taking a huge step. Extraordinary is remarkable.

  4. No one is really normal. I just noticed Jeanie's comment and I agree. Make your own normal. And good for you to be able to write about it in a post for all to read. Hope your day is going well. Hugs-Erika

  13. It's hard to face your fears! I always hate getting my mammograms because I'm afraid of what they'll find. I know it's important though. Wishing you courage in facing your fears, Regine!

  14. Have you ever watched Father Stu? I watched it last night, and enjoyed the movie. Nothing was normal in his life, yet I really liked him.
