Blessing

 Some days

It’s a struggle

To be light

And love

It’s the way

I know

To get out

Self-pity

So I will smile

And be the blessing

He’s made me

To be

Not all days are equal but with the support of God, in Jesus' name we will make it through!

  12. It is hard, but it blesses us just as much as it blesses others when we are the light, showing kindness and care for others :)

  18. So true. When the depression starts to creep in, trying to bless others can help keep it at bay. Prayer helps, too.

  19. Yes, we all have good days and some not so good days. Some times it's just better to stay quiet and rest and let God give us a time of healing and refreshing. Then we are able to be a better light in the darkness around us when we've got our own inner light shining a little brighter. Take care and just know we appreciate you no matter what. God bless you.
