  20. It's Sunday, and I am reading a Karen Kingsbury book. I have read most of her books They are inspiring from the cover writings, the frontispiece...the acknowledgements, the dedications, all of it. I am upping my movement/walking/aerobics in an attempt to get back in business. The past ints kept me from anything but duty. Now I have some time and beginning to feel more like taking better care of me. :-) So..I will be eating a bit of meat from my homemade veggie beef soup...(all that's left of it) and perhaps a grilled cheese sandwich just as Kathy mentioned above me here.
