PT this morning. Physically I’m okay. Mentally, it’s taking time. Everything is a process. I’m realizing this will now be a part of daily life. My body has never felt better. Why is it we fight things that are good for us. I’m fighting what I know I need. I’m not fighting it outwardly. I’m warring on the inside. I’m fighting what I can’t have.
These are my daily thoughts.
How true, exercise is so important but it is difficult to get started. Thanks for sharing and encouraging!
ReplyDeleteGood for you for keeping it up. Inspiring!!
ReplyDeleteit's called being human LOL Great for you!
ReplyDeleteI think it's because I'm lazy that I fight what's good for me.

Keep fighting
ReplyDeleteThe internal struggles are the hardest struggles! Keep up with the PT; hope it is helping you.
ReplyDeleteHang in there! :D
ReplyDeleteI am glad to hear the PT is helping you. I am also doing PT for my shoulder and arm. It can be grueling, but I keep the goal in mind that it will help my arm/shoulder to heal and not hurt so much. Praying for you to have good results, both inwardly and outwardly. God is able!!
ReplyDeleteIt's only human to react like this. PT changed my life for the better and I hope it will do the same for you as well.
ReplyDeleteI don' think you want to know what my daily thoughts are LOL. My friend had PT and it helped him quite a bit. But glad your body is feeling better.

I'm glad you're doing well. I think we all deal with fighting things on the inside.
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem of putting off things I know will make me better in the end
ReplyDeleteI think it is human nature to fight what takes effort, regardless of if it is good for us or not.

My biggest PT lesson... after the times with the therapist have stopped, the exercises never do. Or else you'll be seeing the therapist again...
