C’est la vie

 A bowl of Grape Nuts

After a sweaty session

Feeling grateful

For the knowledge

That acceptance

Is growth

I can be

Proud of

My answer is no answer. I don’t need to speak to make a point. Silence speaks louder than my words ever could. So many times lately, I’ve had to not comment on what I see. I shake my head in disbelief on a daily basis. I no longer count. I no longer actively seek to change the world. If it happens, I’m greatly appreciative.  If not, it’s not the end of the world.  The seeds of change happen each day when I look in the mirror and purposely smile. Think about it.

  5. The world is changing faster than I can comprehend. I feel I can't do a thing about it, but then I remember the power of prayer. So I pray.

  6. I love Grape Nuts cereal, and haven't had it in a long time. I want to get it the next time I go to the store.

It's up to us to spread goodness in the world, but don't worry, Regine. This is God's world, and He is taking care of it. : )

I hope you have a sweet September week.

  7. The world is changing so much and I don't comment on things I read-although I try not to read to much as it upsets me and hinders sleep

  10. Grape nuts?
The first (and most important) step to change is working on ourselves. Good luck.

  19. I used to eat Grape Nuts all the time. I gained too much weight though because I'd douse them in sugar and had to give them up LOL.
