Here is an uplifting scripture for you: Ephesians 4:26-27 26 “In your anger do not sin” : Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27 and do not give the devil a foothold.

((Hugs)) I wish I could help you. I myself need help. I find myself crying and then talking out loud to myself saying things to motivate me. I know how you feel. One day at a time is all we can do. I plan on making lists and trying to at least accomplish something each day. I sit and do nothing but feel sorry for myself. This isn't who I was. I will be praying for you and asking God to hold you close and for Him to give you happiness.
Sorry to hear you are not in the best frame of mind, try not to linger there and let it take control, you tell it how your mood wants to be, hope you can get out of this rut.
