 Sweat glistens

As I listen

To the sound

Of deep breaths

Exhaled

And my legs

Continue

To cycle

Round and round

  6. Oh, I need to be doing that. Just racing around Target..lost. They are redoing ours and couldn't find anything. But generally I go up and down the basement stairs through out most of the day.

  7. My husband and I kept our friends' puppy, months old - great dane-Shepherd mix, rescue and that left me exhausted, does that count as exercise! Also I thought I sent you an email but can't find it anywhere. Email me at kdawnhunter@gmail.com Sometimes I don't know what I'm doing!
