Friday feelings

It is a bone chilling cold kind of day. It’s also therapy day. Time to get working. I know my body will thank me for it later. I’m just grateful. I just have to trust the process. And let me tell you I don’t like the process, but process is what I need.

Here’s to

Another day

To start over

And get

It right

Have a beautiful day my lovelies. Hugs. xx.

I walk on the treadmill every morning and don't like it - but it's good for me!

  4. It's freezing here in GA, too! I love that God gives us new opportunities to begin again with each new day. His mercies are new every morning. Blessings!

  6. You can do it! It's a bone chilling day here too. Windy and grapple falling. But God is here.

  9. Here in Seattle we're actually enjoying 4-5 days of blue skies and sunshine, with temps in the 50's. Totally unheard of around here this time of year!
Good for you for 'doing the process' even though you don't like it. I pray you see amazing results!
