 Facing the fear

That has consumed me

And spit me out

Is not my proudest moment

The anxiety has returned

I can’t lie

Confronting it

Rather than hiding it

    Good for you for not hiding it and facing it instead. I think we all do that. I seem to give things over to God, and then before I know it, I've taken them back and am stressing again.
