Pray

I’m grateful for the majority of you who speak life into me. The few that don’t even when meant well is not well received. I will continue to share, but it will be done more carefully. I’m taking proactive steps to protect my mental health. Peace is imperative for me. You can be strong yet sensitive. My desire to help others has come as at a cost. One, I’m not sure I can no longer incur. I need to pray for what exactly to share that does both. I’m hoping I can thread the needle. Please pray for me. Tell me something good today.

Regine

  3. You should do what your heart tells you you should do. The rest of us should embrace that choice.

  8. There always has to be someone who is negative or mean-spirited. I'm seeing it more often these days, especially on social media.
The vast majority of us here, want the best for you. We believe that God cares about each one of us and every thought we have.
    We'll be here.
    Blessings and hugs,

  9. I will pray for you, Regine.

Here's my something good.....after several attempts to get a landscaper up here to blow the leaves, my son ended up doing it. The yard is nice and clean, and it's a good feeling. I wanted to have the leaves raked before the next snow fall.

    Happy February days, dear friend.

  13. I will certainly keep you in my prayers, Rue!
We are expecting a snowstorm and very cold temperatures for a few days here in Colorado. I am making a pork green chili stew tonight, as it will warm us up. It has been a very snowy winter here.

  19. I will be praying for you Regine. I do have this overwhelming urge to defend you when someone writes an unkind comment. But I do that with other blogs too so I think I need to not be curious as to what others are saying and just write my comment.

  24. My oldest son took time out of his afternoon to go snowshoeing with both me and my mother in law; he even took the lead to tamp down the snow a bit and make it easier for us.

  28. Stay positive! Think of the good things. I found a cap today I had to have at 5 Below. It said, "Main Character" and since I do have quite a few characters in my life..I felt I should buy it.

  29. So sad you have had to deal with unkind comments Regine. It truly does say more about them doesn't it? You rise above it and shine through with your warmth in every word you write. Wishing you the kind of peace you bring to us, the joy you give to so many. My happiness today was seeing my backyard birds at the feeders, and the squirrels. Nature is a great source of strength to me. Sending a big virtual hug your way. xo Denise xo

    Stay positive...
Do not pay attention to negative...
Negative comments should only affect the person writing them... not you...
    Kisses!

  31. So sorry that some negative comments have hurt you and disturb your peace. Remember that there are many types of people out there. Some are hurting or angry people, so these will hurt others. Dwell on the positive and move on. May you be filled with the peace of God.

  34. I'll try this again -- protecting your mental health is essential. Do what you need to do to keep that top of mind. Something good? I had an appointment with a new doc yesterday -- and I liked him very much.

  36. Sending prayers your way Rue. You are an inspiration to me. I apologize for not stopping by as often, I am spending less time online trying to clear things out of the house that we do not need and minimize more. Working on my craft room now, not clearing out much but it is more organized and looks better. The worst part of it will not get done right away but the main room is almost done-that is my good news! Hugs my friend, Donna
