Yes it is good to get whatever kind of physical exercise we are able to do...it stirs the blood and gets our brain functioning better. I try to remember to do something a little extra every day to keep things "working" properly.
I am thinking of ti chi when I read this. Yes, I am not very good at it, but I know I enjoy the peace that it gives me.
