  4. Yes it is good to get whatever kind of physical exercise we are able to do...it stirs the blood and gets our brain functioning better. I try to remember to do something a little extra every day to keep things "working" properly.

  7. Same! Getting outdoors to do it helps even more. Helps clear my head and center me. My problems and stresses don't feel so big. :)

  10. Yes, the endorphins released by exercise are powerful - I love a good, brisk walk for that reason.
