Blackberry

 Walk with me

In the high grass

Under the shade

Of the tall tress

In the bountiful blooms

Of the wildflowers

And blackberry bushes

The purple hue

Staining my fingertips

And leaving my tongue s

Singing with sweetness

  2. Oh, wild blackberries are the best. Enjoy for me. The birds get ours before I can get to them.

  10. What a delight to walk in the tall grasses to the blackberry bushes and pick as many as you want. They are so expensive at the stores now. You can taste the sweetness at this time of year.

    Have a restful weekend, Regine.
