Grateful for a new day
Grateful to move my body
Grateful for a cozy couch
Sometimes you win, sometimes not. I’m learning more from the losses. The losses teach me what went wrong, new lessons, and gratitude for another chance. Life isn’t fair. Why? The one question that perplexes me. I’ve learned. I’ve learned that asking why gets me no answers that satisfy. So I ask you to pray that I have joy no matter why.
Yes to these!

È vero, le sconfitte aiutano a capire cosa è andato storto e a correggere la rotta.

ReplyDeleteWishing you every joy even if you never find the answer to WHY.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the better question to ask is why not?
ReplyDeleteAnd I absolutely wish you joy in your journey. :D
I tell myself that God never promises a perfect life of joy, only that He would be there right beside us.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
thanks!
ReplyDeleteMany hugs to you!
ReplyDeleteYou suggest how we all need to count our blessings and look inward.
ReplyDeleteEcclesiastes is a good book to read and study - on the reality of injustice and suffering in the world, where the wicked sometimes prosper and the righteous face hardship
ReplyDeleteRemember that God is just and will rectify injustices in the afterlife; therefore, while life may seem unfair, God is not.
