Pure necessity

 Ebb and flow

Not always linear

I’ve not always

Addressed the albatross

The elephant

I’ve not shaken

Depression

And

Anxiety

Much like Disability

Show up

At unexpected times

With each blessing

Comes a bittersweet reality

That doesn’t release

And I have

To come back

To coping mechanisms

I abandon

Until I realize

I’m not cured

But a daily

Work in

The fruits

Of the spirit

Some of us

Just learn

To deal

Out of

Pure necessity

  1. This is so powerful, Regine. And so true. Coping out of sheer necessity. You are so right about depression and anxiety popping up unexpectedly and it can get pretty dark. I'm glad you have some strategies. Your words resonate.

  17. Dearest Regine,
Indeed, dealing with any chronic illness is rough and we best give it away to our Creator for handling it at his best. Fighting it, dragging yourself way down into depression is just negative energy wasted...
Knowing that in the end, we will be free and without any suffering is our rope to hang onto.
    Hugs,
    Mariette

  25. I so agree, those depression times can come on so easily and out of the blue, I am sad to say my first instinct isn't to go to God but try to figure it out on my own, but only he can get me through

  57. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
