And oh, that burn hurts so bad sometimes. The older I get, the more I feel it. However, I marvel at how quickly my body bounces back to good form after I put in that work.
So true! I recently carried dozens of large black chairs down from a choir loft, stack them 6 high and roll them into a side room. My arms hurt for a few days but it felt good! Have a great day!
