Dearest Regine, Yes, I'm alive and by far not doing well but grateful for prayers being answered. Seems impossible to gain any weight back and still below 100 lbs. But I walk better (with cane) and no longer like a drunken sailor. Feel freezing from legs down and can't help that. Will put the heating pad on this weekend and start using the thicker down duvet... With the extensive groin surgery (aneurysm) after they placed the stent graft in my aorta where the tear was from accident trauma) they also damaged my nerve and by using a Sartorial muscle flap to support my artery, it has affected my leg. One day at a time! Grateful that I managed to finish my Great–Uncle's story! Feeling relieved and for the rest not much plans on writing... Hugs, Mariette
Have a good day, Regine!
